Homogeneous pumps
Homogeneity pump is used for mixing, transferring and homogenizing materials by creating pressure.
The main part of the homogeneity pump is the rotor and stator. The rotor is the moving part and the stator is the fixed part. The rotor moves inside the stator at high speed (3000 rpm). The process of breaking the particles is done by hitting the fixed blades and the short distance between the rotor and the stator causes severe shear stress. Since the fluid does not tolerate shear stress, it causes the fluid to come out quickly and as a result, the solution will be homogenized.
